Memorabilia - 1919 - Correspondence Mohamed Jamal 02 Memorabilia from a bygone era: The owner of "Al-Ahleyya" bookstore in Beirut, Lebanon Mohamed Jamal informs Eltaher that pursuant to his request "he has enquired with American Press about Henry Noble's book, but was advised that the book was completely out of print". He also advises him that the price of "Sader's Dictionary" was 30 Egyptian Piasters plus postage".

The card is addressed to Eltaher as "Chief, Reading Room - Nablus". (There is no indication whatsoever in Eltaher's known career that he has been a librarian at one time or another.)

The card is stamped with a French censorship stamp bearing the acronym O.E.T.A, (OUEST), i.e. (Occupied Enemy Territories Administration - West).
