Letter addressed by Eltaher on January 20, 1937 to Lord Peel, Chairman of the Royal Commission Investigating the Question of Palestine in which he reports about the situation of the Palestinian Arabs residing outside their homeland. He points out particularly to the fact that in order to speed up the Judaisation of Palestine, the British Government of Palestine has passed laws and made decisions and resorted to legal tricks that led to stripping the citizenship of emigrant Arab Palestinians and turned them into strangers in their own country.
