The Philanthropic National Education Society in Jaffa addressed this letter to Mohamed Ali Eltaher on October 16, 1943 advising him that the Board of Directors has elected him unanimously to be the society's representative in Egypt. They also asked him to help place students it nominates in Egyptian schools and colleges.
