"Misusing the Justice System in Palestine" is a reprint of an article that had appeared probably in the 1930s in "Al-Rashad" newspaper published in Cuba. This version was published and distributed at no charge by Hassan Yazbek in Sidon, Lebanon in about 1933. The article covers the legal wranglings resulting from the involvement of Zaki Al-Tamimi, a Palestinian judge, who used his personal dislike of Mohamed Ali Eltaher to incriminate him in the court he presided over as judge.
