Text of the reply of the Arab Higher Committee for Palestine to the Report of the Partition Commission (the Woodhead Commission, after its chairman Sir John Woodhead) in November 1938. The Woodhead Commission had the task of reviewing the situation in Palestine after the rejection of the 1937 Peel Commission report.
