From right to left Ahmad Hussein, leader of the "Misr Al-Fatat" party while convalescing in Aley, Lebanon in 1972 following partial paralysis. Standing beside him is his wife Hosneyya (Sister of Minister Dr. Hilmi Mourad), then Eltaher and Haj Amin Al-Husseini, Mufti of Palestine. Ahmad Hussein and his family have been subjected to official persecution by various Egyptian governments because of his political activities during British occupation of Egypt, and even under both the monarchy and the republican régime. His son Magdy, a well known political islamist, seems to be getting the same type of attention from the government!
